Highland Chief is handmade in Cambeltown on the iconic Isle of Kintyre in Western Scotland. Before being sealed in its traditional wax case, a fine 12 year old malt whisky from Islay, an island that is only a short ferry ride from Cambeltown, is imparted into the smooth creamy cheddar, giving it a strong smoky flavour and delicately balanced sweet finish.
