This website is operated by Scottish Store & Deli. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Scottish Store & Deli. Scottish Store & Deli offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site.

All purchases constitute a contract between the purchaser and All Over Foods Ltd, trading as Scottish Store & Deli / Scottish Hampers.
2. DEFINITIONS
• Goods: Refers to the products sold by All Over Foods Ltd.
• Services: Refers to any services provided by All Over Foods Ltd in relation to the sale of goods.
• Purchaser: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods from All Over Foods Ltd.
• Supplier: Refers to All Over Foods Ltd.
3. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law. By making a purchase, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Payments are processed securely. All applicable taxes or fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
5. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by the purchaser. We are not responsible for incorrect postcodes or delivery addresses supplied. Refunds will not be issued for postage costs or goods affected by incorrect addresses.
Customers must provide a valid email address and a local contact telephone number. Both sender and recipient are responsible for liaising with the courier and customs regarding clearance delays or address queries.
While we strive to meet delivery dates, delays may occur, especially during December and January. We accept no liability for perishable items delivered late. During warmer weather, we may dispatch haggis frozen with an eat-by date. Refunds will not be issued for perishable goods once a delivery attempt has been made.
6. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
We aim to address all complaints within five working days. Please contact us promptly.
7. QUALITY ASSURANCE
All fresh foods are dispatched in insulated boxes. Our products comply with UK standards and are of high quality.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, pandemics, labour disputes, and customs delays.
9. PRIVACY STATEMENT
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data collected includes name, address, email, phone number, and payment details. Sensitive information is not collected without consent.
10. STOCK AVAILABILITY
If an advertised weight is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equivalent weight.
11. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Due to Brexit, non-UK Mainland deliveries are limited. Customs delays are beyond our control. Local customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after returned goods are received. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed. Damaged products must be reported with photo evidence within 24 hours. Refunds are not available for fresh food items.
13. WEATHER DELAYS
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by adverse weather. Refunds will not be issued for such delays.
14. HAMPER CONTENT SUBSTITUTION
We reserve the right to substitute hamper contents with items of equal or greater value.
15. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Alcoholic products are available only to customers aged 18 or over. Orders violating this will be cancelled.
16. WEBSITE LIABILITY
We are not liable for errors, omissions, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website.
17. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled due to perishability. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in the event of stock unavailability or other issues.

21. LIABILITY FOR LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered. Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
22. GIFT MESSAGES
We reserve the right to refuse to print offensive or inappropriate messages.
23. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if fraudulent activity or abusive behaviour is suspected.
24. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply to all orders placed thereafter.
25. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
26. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALLERGENS
It is the customer’s responsibility to check allergen information. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
27. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

29. REFUNDS FOR FAILED DELIVERIES
If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or refusal, refunds are not offered for perishable items. Non-perishables may be refunded at our discretion.
