Morangie Brie is a creamy, soft-ripened cheese with an edible white rind and a smooth, silky centre. Its mild mushroom and grassy notes become more expressive as the cheese ripens.
A versatile choice for a cheeseboard, Morangie Brie can also be baked and served warm or paired simply with oatcakes, chutney and fruit.

Morangie Brie works well with Scottish oatcakes, fruit and a small amount of chutney. On a mixed board, add firm Cheddar and a stronger Blue Cheese.
