We use DPD for all deliveries.

Remote postcodes may take 2–5 days.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes – at checkout you can select a preferred date.
We always do our best to meet this.
Do you deliver chilled food?
Yes. All chilled items (cheese, salmon, pies, etc.) are packed in:

chill packs
protective outer boxes
Everything is designed to stay fresh in transit.

What is your returns policy?
For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns on food.
