When will my order be delivered?
We use trusted couriers offering next-day UK delivery. You can also select a preferred delivery date during checkout to suit your schedule.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we offer UK-wide delivery, including rural locations and the Highlands & Islands. Please note that remote areas may take a little longer to reach.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK to ensure our food products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
What kind of products do you sell?
At the Scottish Store & Deli, we stock a wide range of traditional and artisan Scottish goods – including cheeses, oatcakes, jams, shortbread, smoked salmon, haggis, and deli favourites. Our collection also includes gift hampers, sweet treats, and seasonal products.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, you can! Just write your message during checkout and we’ll print it on a card, placed securely inside a document pouch on the outside of the box – neatly presented but private from the courier.
Can I create a custom hamper or gift box?
Absolutely! If you’d like to create something special, we’re happy to help you build a bespoke gift box or hamper filled with your chosen items. Just get in touch and we’ll make it happen. you can add any gift hamper or box and we shall pack all your items ordered into it and add your gift card.
Do you offer bulk discounts or corporate orders?
Yes, we do! Whether it’s for corporate gifting, special events, or bulk purchases, we offer a tailored service and discounts on larger orders. Branded messaging and personalised gift options are also available. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Something in my order was missing or damaged—what should I do?
If your order isn’t quite right, please email us at help@scottish-store.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out for you quickly.
My order hasn’t arrived – can I track it?
Yes! If you’re waiting on your delivery, send us an email and we’ll check the status for you. Tracking info is usually provided once your order has been dispatched.
Why does my order look slightly different from the website photo?
Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with something of equal or greater value. We always choose high-quality alternatives that match the spirit of your selection. For more info, you can read our substitution policy in our Terms & Conditions.
