Description
A smoky ham stock paste for pea and ham soup, sauces and savoury pie fillings.
- One 1kg tub of concentrated paste.
- Gluten free.
- Makes 40 litres of rich stock or up to 66 litres of lighter stock.
Preparation
For each litre of boiling water, stir in 25g of paste for a rich stock or 15g for a lighter stock, until dissolved.
Ingredients & allergens
Starch, salt, palm fat, yeast extract, maltodextrin, sunflower oil, sugar, bacon fat (belly bacon, smoke), ham powder (1.6%), smoked yeast, flavourings, spices (pepper, CELERY seeds), smoke flavouring, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary).
